If we decide to engage, evaluate, analyse and butress on the ills in the society, then we will remain stagnant forever. The problems are strategic points to bring in surviving solutions to the populace. Its no news that youths complain about the state of unemployment in the country but the question is how do we solve it and stop banging on the door that looks shut with no response at sight?

Perhaps one might ask the youths, if they have done their assignment of being employable?

Okay! These are questions that should be stressed and not trying to evaluate the state that has been the ‘state’ for a long time. The solution, the way forward should be the subject matter. Thankfully, a group of young smart minds took that problem and sort a solution for it.

Stutern, which is becoming an household name for undergraduates and graduates who are seeking a place to work, learn and grow their talents held the very First Internship Fair In Lagos, Nigeria.  This fair brought different Young talents and Employers together. The aim is to bring prospective Employees to their Prospective Employers.

Fuurthermore, these young talents were trained on how to be employable. It was a huge success for the participants and organizers of the fair.

Right here is the video of what the participants and organizers have to say about the fair:

  1. Kudos to the brain behind this. Youths, its high time we joined other youths out there and bring solution to unemployment.

  2. Some people don’t really get to know what this system is all about, why some are not even aware of it. We can aslo help other youths by creating awareness.

  3. Love this article and am also intreseted. But for like people like me that don’t have much insight of this system, my question is how can we get involve in it?

  4. They are real example of determined, hardworking and game changers, refusing to allow the society change them but changing the society…Youths helping the youths

  5. Interesting and applaudable how some youth have not allowed themselves to be affected by the society negatively but actually changing the society positively….Youth helping the youth

  6. There are more to us than to sit idle and complain all the time….Get your own strategy and make yourself employable…#word

  7. Tanx to Stutern, a lot of undergraduates and graduates are getting experiences where needed. I hope this grows far and wide of the nation.

  8. This is a very thoughtful initiative. I believe our institutions need to do more to introduce undergraduates to platforms as this before they graduate. As one of the problems we face as graduates is that after graduation, our course and its relevance barely match up to the skills required by many firms and organizations today. Hence many graduates end up resort to business or being artisans after being frustrated and intimidated by employers. Only the resilient ones can face up to the challenge regardless.

  9. Thumbs up to the organisers of this program. Although, am yet to know much about this program. So I would like to suggest that there is an awareness outreach to enlightened other youths that are yet to know about the program. Thanks

  10. Vibrants youths …. Helping one another to grow. This is a beautiful initiative. But I hope the program won’t be limited to lagos alone. So other youths in other states will also benefit from it. And please admin, we want to know more about this great initiative. God bless the organisers, God bless the youths.
