Happy Tourism Day. It’s the world Tourism day 2016 and on this platform we have decided to explore the beauty of Africa. There are beautiful places in Africa that showcases how great the continent is. You need not travel abroad to see beauty, Beauty lies in our planet.

So we did a collation of beautiful places in Africa.  When next you want to visit a place; Think Africa!

Mount Kilimanjaro

Mambilla Plateau, Nigeria

With an altitude of 18300 meters above sea level, Mambila Plateau is the highest grassland plateau with a particular mountain close to the Cameroon border which is about 2400 meters above sea level.

The weather here is accommodating just like the people of the Mambilla Plateau, welcoming and hospitable. The plateau is made up of rolling hills, plain background flora and fauna. It has a lot of scenic view to behold. While watching the mountain chain and curve valleys you will have a breath of fresh air that you can’t find in any part of Nigeria. Animals like cows, goats, sheep and other rare birds thrives on the Plateau.

Lake Nakuru, Kenya

Lake Nakuru National Park is home to one million resident flamingos, providing one of Kenya’s most unforgettable sights.

This lake has become famous for the greatest bird spectacle in the world, with swathes of vibrant pink filling the alkaline lake and the huge sky.
