You can’t boycott the screening of God when it comes to reward. The first thing that God will reward is your work and labour of love. Whatever will make God consider your work is love. The least of the commitment you can show towards God is money. For God to reward you, He will weigh your actions (Motives and intentions). God does not reward your results/output, He rewards your motives and intentions no matter the result, you won’t be rewarded by God. Every motives and intentions that God does not approve doesn’t attract the reward of God. Failure starts before you start to get reward from your work, failure starts form your actions and intentions. When you are working with envy, you won’t get reward. Envy must not be seen in your heart, it will disqualify you. Strife destroys you, when you begin to envy it leads to strife and strife leads to division. Everyone shall receive his own reward according to his own labour. Every man’s work will pass through fire. Never be the reason why somebody hates God, but be the reason why someone loves God and follow Jesus, let your work inspire somebody. 

There are general gifts for all believers but there are specific gifts given to those that operates in the five folds ministry. Apostles are simply the sent ones. Your work will not survive if it is carnal once your intentions cannot survive before God, you lose your work and labour. The base for your power is joy, one of the greatest gift of the HolySpirit is love and joy. Lack of joy will not let you smile. There is difference between focus and lack of joy, lack of joy will not lead to smile. The HolySpirit will not flow through you when you don’t have love, peace and joy. God looks at your diligence. There must be diligence in your love, peace and joy in your work with God.  You overcome assumptions by asking questions, assumption is the lowest stage of knowledge. Asking questions makes you find out the truth, the devil always  wants you to assume. Assumption is not knowledge, it is sentimental.

What determines your reward is your motive. If God ask you to do something, He will give you the grace to do it. God rewards you from the very beginning because of your motive. When your intentions and motives are wrong, God will wrong your reward. Your work can either be carnal or spiritual, the agent of strife will raise up somebody to give information to him. Whatever stays in your spirit will either edify or drain you. Your work starts from the subconscious you can’t see. Never you discourage another person, the work of the Lord is enough burden,  don’t add your burden to it. Before God will lift you, He will screen all your motives and intentions. Comfort is one of the greatest enemy of those called by God. 

When God calls you into and office, He gives you the gift to do His work. God makes the work easy for you, for the fact that God has called you, He has given you an office in the church. When heavens calls you, the first thing that God will release to you are ministry angels, He will give His angels charge over you.
