Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and highly organized Executive Assistant and Content Marketing Manager to join our team. This dual role requires a blend of administrative excellence and creative content development. The successful candidate will support our executive team while also leading our content marketing efforts, ensuring seamless operations and engaging content across platforms.


Key Responsibilities:
Executive Assistant Duties:

  • Manage the calendar and schedule of the C-Suite Execs, and Programmes Director, coordinating meetings and appointments.
  • Organize and prepare materials for special events such as seminars, workshops, and podcasts.
  • Create presentations using Canva and other software tools.
  • Handle communication and correspondence for the executive team, ensuring timely and accurate information flow.

Content Marketing Manager Duties:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy across multiple platforms, including newsletters and executive social media pages.
  • Create engaging and original content in various formats, such as carousels, videos, and photos, utilizing Canva for design.
  • Manage and grow our community on social media platforms, including Facebook and Telegram.
  • Analyze website traffic and engagement metrics to refine content strategies and improve performance.
  • Experience in using video editing tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with brand objectives and marketing goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role in an official capacity.
  • Demonstrated experience in content marketing, with a focus on creative content creation.
  • Proficiency in Canva and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS), particularly WordPress, and website traffic analysis tools.
  • Expertise in social media management and a creative approach to content development.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A high degree of discretion and confidentiality/
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Growth mindset, Intellectual curiosity and empathy
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
