Hello Readers,

Welcome to the rant Column

I am sure you will be wondering what I am about to rant on especially from the topic above, not to worry, I will gist you.  Dearest people of life, especially  Nigerians on this platform I want to ask us this question, ‘Why are we always angry?’. This is funny yeah? But it is the truth. Nigerians are always laced with one form of anger or another, they always try to be sentimentally annoying, they don’t want to see the other side of things and they feel they have the perfect sense to every scenario.

anger

Jeez! Can we take a break? I know the situation in the country is enough to arouse one’s anger but can we chill a bit? Can we allow ourselves to sync in peace with the philosophy of others? When you pass a comment, ask a question especially on a social media platform, people are ready to come after you. They are not ready to Listen, to be attentive, to consider where the storyline is coming from they just want to talk, they want to give their opinion on the matter, whether it merges or not? They don’t care!

I am not going to pick a particular scenario but we know how well we go overboard at times, we don’t allow people converse in peace. Everybody wants to talk at the same and the funniest thing is, most times they all speak in ignorance. Can we just take a chill? If it doesn’t work with the way we view or accept things in our head, it doesn’t mean it is the wrongest of things. Your truth can be based on unnecessary assumptions, It is your truth and mine can be based on Facts, Listen, It is my Truth! Let us narrow our anger to the right quarters and let our fellow Nigerians Breathe in Peace!

Happy New Month!

  1. Nigerians with anger… It is their nature and they must express it. Social media platforms has been the best place ever to do that. Lol

  2. Infact…I desist on reading some posts on social media platforms. Most comments are provocative. Very poor response etiquette.
