Nigeria’s Lydia Olanike Oladapo and 22 other Nigerian women, out of 170 people across the globe have been nominated as UN Women’s “Empower Women Champions for Change”.

The nominees, were chosen from over 4,000 applicants all over the world representing a diverse group of dynamic and enthusiastic women and men from the private sector, civil society, academia and national and international organizations from both developing and developed countries, championing the social-economic empowerment for women across the globe.
The appointees will‎ carry out key functions in the next four months, working in three groups: Advocacy and Social Media, Business Development and Skills Development. They will also serve as Empower Women advocates for women’s economic empowerment both online and in their local communities. Olanike Oladapo is an Alumnus of the Pan African University/Enterprise Development Centre World Bank.
Her nomination as a Global Champion for Change according to many is a testament to the laudable groundbreaking strides she is making in the economic capability development of Africa women through her signature program called AWINBCD, ‎aNot-For-profit African Women In Business Capacity Development Programme (AWINBCD) for Women in Business and Women Business Leaders to equip them with the know to facilitate the viability, sustainability, profitability, and global exportability of their products and services.
Nike who is also the Managing Director of Outstanding Resource Services has close to 2 decades of experience developing Quality Management Systems for organizations, Managing Customer Service improvement, and helping to develop the Project Management capabilities and Capacities of individuals and organizations.
