I have noticed something on social media, how some ladies and some gentlemen go on facebook, instagram and write some mushy epistles, long writeups for a supposed male/female friend of theirs and when you ask them what’s going on they say, nothing ooooo. We are just friends, been together from way back.
Okay! so why water our appetite? why make us think there’s something in between? I mean, just wish and go and stop being a canopy! what if there’s someone eyeing that girl for instance, and such writeups with a great outpour of emotion gets the person off? I mean, uncle, It’s not good for a lady’s jurisdiction.
If you like her beyond friendship let her know stop using birthday writeups as a stylish platform for your outpour of a deep and hidden emotion. Say it bro and if the lady likes him, biko, aunty, show some tips. Show some signs he should be smart enough to decode. He doesn’t need to be a programmer to get that one.

Even though I’m not a fan of long epistles, especially for sending birthday wishes, I think there are friends whom are that important that they deserve such loving eulogy. Even if I’ve never done it, I think I understand people that do
I quite agree with you Dom Dom. I do this for some special friends. It could be an act of expressing appreciation.
I think some people express their feelings via writing. There might really be no string attached most especially if it is just on a birthday.
