The Northern State Commissioner of the Humanitarian Aid Commission, Dr. Wael Mohamed Sharif, has reviewed the activities and interventions of Relief International during a meeting with the organization’s Water and Sanitation Officer, Engr. Mohamed Mo’tasim.

The discussion focused on Relief International’s emergency response at the displaced persons’ camp in Al-Affad, Al-Dabah locality, particularly in the areas of protection, water supply, and sanitation.

Dr. Sharif commended the organisation’s support for displaced persons and stressed the need for continued coordination and cooperation with the Commission.

Speaking after the meeting, Mo’tasim said Relief International is working to add more latrines and expand water networks within the camp to improve living conditions for residents.
