There is no man that will rise above the season. Your rising is a function of the understanding of the season… God is not committed to fulfill anything until He reveals something. What God reveals to you becomes your evidence and proof. When Jesus resurrected from the dead, He did some things and until those things are understood, results and answers to prayer will not come. What Jesus did was profound, He opened the scriptures and expounded unto them what was written about Him. And that scriptures must be fulfilled.

Jesus opened the scriptures:- The word scripture is a combination of two words SCRIPT and SURE. It simply means a script that is sure (true). Before Jesus died He taught His disciples how to pray, and after His resurrection He taught them how to open the scriptures. You can only ascend based on the revelation you have from the scriptures. You reign when the secret to your future is found in scriptures, until you find it, you have no future. Why does the book need to open? If the book doesn’t open the seal cannot be broken.

After resurrection is ascension., and why does one need to ascend? It is because the battle of destiny is not fought in the valley. After your understanding is opened, you tarry in the place of prayer. If your understanding is not opened, then you are playing. If you have not tarry to a point you will not hear some things. The future of every man is captured in the scriptures. And until you have found what has been captured in scriptures there is nothing for you to catch in life. If the gate of a city is not opened to you there is nothing you will achieve in that city.

When you don’t understand scriptures, you live your life like an hypocrite before God. When you don’t understand the scripture you will draw near to God with ur lips yet your heart will still be far from Him.
