The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) Zambia has registered an increase in the number of women pursuing the qualification in the country.
Head of ACCA Zambia Janice Matwi said 46 per cent of the women were professional members while 56 per cent were students.
Ms Matwi said the accountants body had continued to record an increase in the number of female members every year some of whom had emerged top achievers.
