After staying on the queue for a while, waiting to be attended to by the attendant at the supermarket, something happened. A certain man walked in with his wife and kids and dropped all their groceries right in front of me.

I looked at the lady behind me and asked if they were around somewhere probably I didn’t notice, she said No and evidently she was very angry also.

Then I turned to the attendant and asked her to tell them to move their things to the back, instead she said, I should excuse them because they are in a hurry and moreover, the man patronizes the mart well with his family.

How is that supposed to be my headache, I asked her. Follow the rules, If they were in a hurry, they should have been here quite early and not jumping the queue because they are very valuable. But sincerely, Why do we do this everytime and not stand by good principles that would effect good change?

Character is important, sound values promote a business. Even if they could buy whole supermarket, every customer is important. Did You know what annoyed me most, she kept saying Sorry and was still doing the wrong thing. I walked out of the supermarket with the person behind me and I told them, that they have just lost more than a hundred customers in one day.
