When somebody loves you genuinely he tells you the truth. Not everybody likes to hear the truth because some people don’t see the need to hear the truth. Don’t get to a point where people can no longer tell you the truth.  Every hypocrite does not see himself, he never accepts that something is wrong with him, you will always find pride in the bosom of hypocrites. The principle of hypocrisy is that you don’t see yourself.  Every hypocrite does not judge themselves, hypocrisy has nothing to do with unbeliever, it is named amongst believers. If you have not dealt with yourself you have no right to point fingers at another person’s frailty, first deal with yourself. Don’t be in a haste to castigate others, the only way you can receive the word of God is through sincerity. 

Characteristics of hypocrites

1. Hypocrites are unforgiving; when you offend an hypocrite, you are in trouble for life.

2. The don’t have patience, they are always In a haste to judge others. It actually takes God for you to see fault in others.

3. Hypocrites cannot gather together, they always scatter things.

4. Hypocrite are threats to unity. 

5. Hypocrites always shift correction whenever it is coming to them. They will never see correction as theirs, because they are not always open to correction. They are always very defensive, they dodge corrections but they accept prophecy.

6. Hypocrites always seek relevance, and whenever they don’t get it, they get mad. When you see somebody that always says you should watch their backs, run, because that is what hypocrites do.

7. Hypocrites always blow their trumpets. Be careful how hypocrites bless you, if they have something against you, they will never Favour you. 

8. Hypocrites are lousy people, they are noise makers.

9. Hypocrites can’t manage people. They can’t preserve friendship. They easily find faults in others, they don’t take their eyes off other people’s faults. There is nothing an hypocrite will do to make him better, unless sincerity. 

10. Hypocrites are self centered people.

11. Hypocrites doesn’t know how to correct in love. They always condemn others, and love does not condemn.
