Job Description:
We are seeking a highly creative and motivated social media and community manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in shaping our brand’s voice and expanding our reach across various social media
platforms. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the female-focused and developmental sector, with a strong ability to research, write, and create compelling content in multiple formats.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase our brand awareness and engagement.
  • Experience with online community management.
  • Create and curate high-quality content in various formats, including carousels, videos, and photos, using tools like Canva and Capcut.
  • Design and manage a monthly social media calendar that aligns with our brand goals and campaigns.
  • Engage with our community on Facebook and build and grow our community on Telegram.
  • Monitor, respond to, and engage with our audience across all social media platforms to foster a positive community environment.
  • Analyze social media metrics to optimize content and strategy, ensuring alignment with our brand objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and support marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in social media management, particularly in the female-focused and developmental sector.
  • Strong content research and writing skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content.
  • Proficiency in using Canva for content creation.
  • Experience in developing and managing social media calendars.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced
    environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Experience in community management and engagement.
  • Familiarity with SEO and analytics tools.
