There are mountains that a believer must go in life so as to have a smooth Christian journey with God. It is not a physical mountain, but a believer needs to go through it. Most believers remain at the valley they never get to these mountains. That mountain represent some locations, sites and dimension that one must enter before one can get to God. Every spiritual transition/transaction is as a result of the posture of your heart. And if nothing touches your heart nothing touches God’s heart too. There are three mountains a believer must go through, in their journey with God. 

Types of mountain

1. MORIAH:- Moriah represent the place in your spiritual journey where God keeps every other love  apart from Himself. At moriah, God will slay every rival. This is the mountain where we sacrifice every other love that we have. This is the place where you pass the test of love, every man that has not entered a covenant with God cannot proceed with God. In your journey with God at some point, you will get distracted, so God take you to the mountain of Moriah to kill all other love. Moriah is a place of price, altar and sacrifice. It’s is a place where you count the cost before you walk with God. The end product of Moriah is seeking God. That  day in the heart of Abraham, Isaac died and in the heart of Isaac, Abraham killed Him. Moriah represent the test of God, where God oversees. When you begin to love God, you begin to make choices, you can’t walk with God without a cost. There is a price to walk with God and it is demanded at MORIAH. When you have not start paying your price, then you have not gotten to Moriah. Moriah is a place where you choose between God and other things you attach too much value to. Moriah is a place where you selectively screen your love. One of the criteria for following God is having nothing. Moriah will leave you with nothing.

2. HOREB:- Horeb is a place of power and encounter with God. Horeb  was the place the children of Israel dred to go to. Horeb is a place to learn the fear of God, it is a place for learning the technicalities of your journey with God. Horeb is a place where God calls for your attention. It is a place of instruction, it is a place you must be before you manifest. Every reality of God is formed at Horeb because you can’t get there and not have an encounter with God. Horeb is a place of visitation. God does not have any business with a distracted man, horeb is a place where God gets all your attention. One of the price for getting God at Horeb is your attention. Until you give God your attention, He doesn’t induct you. The past, present and future is disclosed at Horeb. Horeb is a place of  knowing, a place of information where secrets are unleashed unto you. God shines you at Horeb.

3. CARMEL:- Carmel is a place where God show off. It is a place of manifestation where God displays you and show you to the world with great signs and wonders. God will never display what He has not tested. You must have gone through the test of God and successfully pass it before He takes you to Carmel.
