Welcome to the rant column
Happy New Month to every one right here! It’s December in Nigeria and I hope it’s December where ever you are across the world. So, straight to the point. I have wondered why people get angry when you decline their money request. I wonder why they expect this money solidarity from you?
I’m like, excuse me? Did you work for the money? Did you go through the stress I went through? So, why do you think I owe you my hard earned money? The stress is crazy out there and If I say, I don’t have money to give you? Permit me and move on.
Are there stingy people or persons who love to get something from others and always have No when it points back at them? I know there are people like that, and you must be wise with dealing with them but you should know the difference.
Some people just have this ‘entitlement nature’ and feel once your salary comes in, you should do a transfer to their account. What’s all the nonsense? and when you decline, they keep malice with you…
My dear, your malice never start, because I give nothing! If I say, No! Let me be and if you are angry, Go get an alternative. I worked for it!

This is so true. I just can’t fathom it when people get angry when you say you can’t give them money. Is it your money?
This writer is just has no chill.
Well spoken. Simple and on point. You were not there when I was hustling, therefore if I decide to or not to give you my hard earned money, you have no right to be angry
