Welcome to Abovewhispers panache. This week, We would be examining divers ways of enjoying the weekend.
I am pretty sure that it’s been a week of work, activities that sometimes aren’t really interesting but never mind,weekend is here!
As we move into a new month, it is important to have a chill pill, enjoy and treat one’s self this weekend. How will you do this? Never mind, I have got some tips for you to help relax your muscle, bundle off the stress and make you mentally fit for the coming week

Do A Warm Bath.
As you get off the bed on saturday morning, perhaps after cleaning the house, kindly take a warm bath. It helps relax your muscles, strengthens blood flow and opens clog pores.
Do A Massage
Massage! A massage is good for you. After having a warm bathe, get your body oils, coconut oil or your typical massage oil. You could visit a spa or get someone to help massage your body. It is important that you get a deep body massage. It makes the body active and allows deep sleep that cannot be truncated with a noise.
Eat Fruits.
For some people it has been a week of junks, loads of unhealthy meal at the office. So treat yourself with good fruits, they will flush your system and endow you with appropriate vitamins needed for your skin. Fruits like Watermelon, Oranges, Apples etc. Infact, you do a fruit salad just to spice things up and get the maximum treatment from the fruits.
Do Exercise
Exercise is important. Try to jump, try to take a walk, try to skip, try to run. Exercise helps you to be active and it shapens the mind.
Listen to Music and Sing Along
There is nothing as good as music for the soul. Music is called the SoulFood. So, enjoy the weekend with some good music, preferably, classic songs that you could listen and sing along with.
It is important that you sing…Even if you aren’t a singer, sing it. There is a form of relaxation that singing to a song brings and definitely it comes with a dance that makes you feel very Alright!
Hangout
There is no perfect weekend without a hangout. Make sure you chill out with family and friends. A little drink or snacks wouldn’t be bad at all.
