Somethings are salient but neglected. We tend to exalt the big names that we forget the very mi-nute but important things. For instance, everybody talks about healthy living; emphasis on food, hygiene. They are important but sometimes emphasis should be made on the connecting source of it all.

We sometimes feel like we own it all but when we think deeply we see that we are neglecting one little but mighty thing. So, let me pop this question: Do You know Your Air? Perhaps you are wondering what that means and wracking the brain for an answer. Let’s get down to the gist.

Do you know that Fresh Air is important? I mean natural Air, not the fan diluted or air-conditioner made air. That fresh air that blows when you decide to sit outside or make a proper ventilation in your home? That is Fresh Air! Air is Healthy and prolongs life. I am sure some people have never thought about this before…

Fresh Air is a part of the generous nature of God that he decided to bestow on mankind for its use. It is important that you get a bit of it everyday. You might want to ask why? So let me say, These are the ‘WHY’S” of getting fresh air everyday.

It Helps The Immune System.

The white blood cells in the body need air to be able to combat any virus in or trying to come in to the body system. Perhaps the reason why some people are always ill is because they didn’t give room for Good Fresh Air. It helps the white blood cells to be quite active and thereby fighting everything that will become a burden to the body.

It Helps the Heart Rate.

Fresh air helps the heart rate and blood pressure too. If you have a problem with your blood pressure,try getting some good fresh air. It makes the heart relax thereby causing the heart beat and pressure to be normal which allows it beating without stress. Polluted environment or congested environment makes the heart work harder than usual.

It Makes You Happy.

There is something about inhaling fresh air that gets you laugh and makes you joyful at the same time. When the air blows and penerates into your body, you find fulfillment and joy for enjoying such. It enables the serotonin loosen up to lighten your mood.

It Helps Digestion.

Yeah. Do you know that after every meal a good fresh air is needed? Yes, because it aids digestion. When you have finished eating it is important to take a walk outside to get a good fresh air which will help your digestion. It makes the digestion faster especially for those trying to lose weight, Air is one very important factor

There are so many benefits of Air but these are the salient ones which will help every reader see the importance of enjoying good fresh air. Sometimes, you can leave the noisy and polluted city life for a place where you can enjoy fresh good air. Also, when building your house make sure there is enough space for ventilation. It prolongs Life
