Musoma based Legal and Social Assistance Centre (LSAC) launches an awareness programme on women’s land ownership.
The one-year programme will be implemented is funded by a Swedish organisation known as VI agroforestry. The plan will be implemented in Tarime and Rorya districts.
Speaking to The Citizen today, the LSAC director, Mr Ostack Mligo, said that the project would reach more than 3200 residents.
He said the project aims to empower marginalised groups particulate woman in Tarime and Rorya on own land.
