We’re all waiting for that perfect moment.

The moment when you finally found someone who might give you the love you truly deserve, the love you have been waiting for your whole life. You finally found the person who might be able to complete you, who might fulfill the love you can’t have the courage to give to yourself, who finally might be the one to bring you happiness. And when that moment comes, you have come to the realization that you are worth loving, you finally know you’re important.

But why do you have to wait for that moment? Why do you need another person to know your true worth?

I know how good it feels to be loved by someone or by a very special person, to be appreciated, and to be taken care of. But nothing’s greater than the love you give to yourself. That’s the time you will feel true happiness and content. You don’t need someone to know your purpose or to know how special you are. You are a human being who is capable of being alone, who fills up herself with love, who is brave enough to go on adventures on her own and what makes you bold and brave is the fact that you don’t search the love you need from other people because you know that you have given that to yourself. You know you deserve it. You know in your heart that someday, that love from someone special will go its way and find you. All you have to do is to wait. And when it comes, you’ll be ready. You have done the duty of loving yourself the way it deserves to be loved and you did that on your own. You finally know your importance and you know you have a purpose in this life. You exist for a reason. You are a unique person who is worth loving. Never let anybody tell you otherwise. Never let anyone dictate and degrade your true worth.
