Have you noticed how fire burning your heart and body gets after a super conference? That week, you will be on top of your game spiritually, You will want to make use of everything around you.

The words of the speakers keep you alert every seconds and then after two weeks nothing comes to your brain anymore. A little test comes to prove us and gush! nothing shows up. We can’t even remember a dime, we are back to being our old selves. Can I get a witness? who has been in this struggle or still experiencing this struggle?

This is it: It’s beyond the excitement. Yeah, It’s good to be excited but it’s way beyond it. It requires constant meditation just like we do with our jobs, we want to be the best we constantly remind ourselves of where we are headed and how we want to get there. That’s the same way we move with the spiritual. Because you had a brilliant conference doesn’t mean your life will change automatically.

Faith 2

The bible says, It’s according to the Power that worketh in us not the power of the atmosphere or that of the teacher. The teacher teaches, the student meditates constantly. The test we receive just like students, is to make us ready for the next stage. To make us fit of the lecture we have received. Don’t ask why you failed the test, carry your bible and notes and start studying all over again.

Remember, the Bible spoke about the different listeners?

r“A sower went out to sow. 4 And as he sowed, some seeds fell along the path, and the birds came and devoured them.

5 Other seeds fell on rocky ground, where they did not have much soil, and immediately they sprang up, since they had no depth of soil,

but when the sun rose they were scorched. And since they had no root, they withered away.

7 Other seeds fell among thorns, and the thorns grew up and choked them.

Other seeds fell on good soil and produced grain, some a hundredfold, some sixty, some thirty. 9 He who has ears, let him hear” {Matt 13:3-9}.

This is a perfect example of what many people pass through, they listen to the message and get carried away immediately after the service. The air has blown it all of. The good soil are those who have decided to make constant meditation, those who have decided not allow the worries and excitement of the moment blow them away. Those are the believers whose fruit will grow, whose land will yield great increase.
Start now by making sure that you don’t just take notes in church but you decide to allow the notes be written boldly in your heart.

Decide to constantly meditate on the issues of life that can stretch you to working out those things you have learnt and what you have studied

Don’t be over excited. Be a hard worker.

  1. If we don’t consistently keep ourselves in the right atmosphere, we will lose the seed that was planted. Thanks for this exhortation.
